There are many

Weight Lifting Supplements Information
Fish
Oil Prevents Heart Attack and Stroke
Yale University published a
study that discovered Omega-3 Fatty Acids increased the activity of
Peroxi-, PPAR's (Proliferator-activated receptors) found in the
control centers of the cells, aka cell nuclei.
These Cell Nuclei regulate
fat cell growth and the action of insulin. Insulin is vital to the
metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Lack of exercise, poor
eating habits and diet, obesity and genetics can slow the activity of
PPAR's which thus cause Insulin Resistance. Next the body compensates
by resleasing more more Insulin and triggering higher blood
pressure, abdominal obesity, high blood fats, blod clotting and
inflammation which can lead to heard attack and stroke.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids from
Fish, Fish Oil and Bodybuilding Supplements may reduce your risk of
Heart Attack, Type 2 Diabetes and Stroke by actiavating PPAR activity
which prevents Insulin Resistance.
New
Studies find
Tribulus Terrestris Ineffective for Increasing
Testosterone Levels
During five weeks of
Preseason training in elite rugby players Tribulus had no effect on
strength, fat free mass or the testosterone and epitestosterone (used
for athletic drug testing). Other Studies based in Bulgaria by
scientists found that Tribulus had no effect on testosterone.
