Weight Lifting Programs by the Muscle
These free weight
lifting programs give workout programs with exercises to do with them.
Most consist of 3 different exercises each using 1 warm up set then
4-5 more sets for a total of 15 sets per muscle.
Feel free to modify
these or substitute you're favorite exercises for ones you don't like
as much or don't have the resources to do. All of the programs are
from professional bodybuilder's and years of experienced weight
lifters.
