Creatine
It increases the energy available for your muscles. It is very common
among Athletes and Bodybuilders. There are many forms of it also, you
can take liquid shots or the powder form. The powder usually comes
with a loading phase which once it is over, it works great. More
recently creatine has become more advanced and there aren't any
loading phases involved.
Creatine Side effects
There are currently no documented side effects you do not want.
What will happen is you will feel stronger, muscles will actually be
bigger due to some extra water retention, lessens the burn of lactic
acid allowing for that extra rep or 2, and the downside is possible
bloating due to some extra water retention.
